From the West:
Take the LIE (495) east to Exit 52 Commack Road (Rt 4). Make a left onto Commack Rd. heading North. After 3 miles make a left at Jericho Tpke. (Rt 25) heading west. Shortly thereafter you will see Commack Fire Dept on right and then Northport Ford Car Dealership on the right – stay in the right lane. Immediately after Sleepy’s make a right into Optical Dynasty parking lot. Proceed to the large white house in the back of Optical Dynasty. Park in the rear. Enter through the back door.
Alternate Route from the West: (Northern State Parkway)
Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 42N (CR-66/Northport); merge onto Deer Park Road/Deer Park Avenue. Fork right at Fire Department
Take Deer Park Road to Jericho Turnpike going West. (it merges into Jericho) Continue on Jericho Tpke West approximately 2 miles. You will be getting close when you see Pay Less Shoe store on your left side. Shortly thereafter, you will see a strip mall with with Lucille Roberts Health Spa in it. Right after Lucille Roberts make a left into the Optical Dynasty parking lot. Proceed to large white house in the back of Optical Dynasty. Park in the rear. Enter through the back door.
From the East:

Stay in the right lane and make a right after Sleepy’s Bedding into the Optical Dynasty parking lot. Proceed to the large white house in the back of Optical Dynasty. Park in the rear. Enter through the back door.
From the South:
Take the Sagtikos/ Sunken Meadow Parkway north to Exit SM3 Jericho Tpke. (Rt 25). Proceed west approximately 2 ½ miles and you will see Northport Ford Car Dealership on the right. Soon thereafter you will see Commack Fire Department on the right then Northport Ford Car Dealership on the right. Stay in the right lane and make a right after Sleepy’s Bedding into the Optical Dynasty parking lot. Proceed to the large white house in the back of Optical Dynasty. Park in the rear. Enter through the back door.
From the North:
Take the Sunken Meadow Parkway south to Exit SM3A. Make a right onto Indian Head Road south and make a quick right onto Jericho Tpke.(Rt 25) heading west. Proceed west approximately 2 ½ miles and you will see on the right hand side the Commack Fire Department and then Northport Ford Car Dealership. After The Ford Dealership you will see Sleepy’s. Immediately after Sleepy’s make a right into the Optical Dynasty parking lot. Proceed to the large white house in the back of Optical Dynasty. Park in the rear. Enter through the back door.
